We continue to monitor Hurricane Isaac. Here is the latest information.

The main concerns with Isaac will continue to be heavy rain (7-14 inches, local amounts up to 20 inches), dangerous surf and isolated tornadoes, especially along the coastal areas of Mississippi and Louisiana. Storm surge will be highest along the coasts of Mississippi and Southeastern Louisiana, where the flow will be onshore. Movement will be slow toward the northwest and rain will begin across portions of Arkansas and eastern portions of Oklahoma and Texas, where up to 6 inches of rain are possible.
