It’ll be pretty quiet across the country today, except for some scattered thunderstorms across the Great Lakes ahead of a cold front. Below is the latest radar and frontal analysis.

Despite decent shear profiles, low instability will limit thunderstorm development across the Great Lakes region today, though some isolated thunderstorms will be possible. Any storms that develop may have some gusty winds with them.
